kigo haibun

you live back east or down south or up north or out west and you visit somewhere. you write a few haiku about your experiences and moments and happen to meet up with some of the local professional haiku people. oh no you've miscategorized our nature they exclaim with horror and disbelief. how so? you respond with a bit of defensiveness. well we formed a committee in conjunction with every tourism department and mayor in our region and have kigoized all that we recognize as nature. you're out of luck 'cause you're out of season.

all the world's a localized kigo array
